PSAA Presents 'Power of the Cross'

By Delray Luce, June 02, 2014

On Sabbath, April 19, 2014, the Puget Sound Adventist Academy (PSAA) Chorale presented The Power of the Cross, a musical production written by Mark Hayes and directed by Estyn Goss at the nearby Kirkland Church. The musical depicted the eight final events of Jesus’ life on Earth, through narration and choral music.

Estyn Goss has developed a series of musical programs, which are presented by local talent, many of whom are members of the Kirkland Church and PSAA. Attendees note how Goss' choice of music and the message it portrays has been so beautiful and touching in each of the series.

On this occasion, Theresa Chadwick, PSAA alumnus, was the featured soloist along with Alyssa Dorland, a current PSAA student and member of Impact. Linda Taber and Troy Ahrens, PSAA faculty were the narrators.

This will be a continuing series each quarter, and the school family welcomes your attendance. Visit the Kirkland Church website at www.ksda.org.
